1st Combined Rehearsal

Dear Cadets and Instructors,

64 cadets and 11 Instructors attended the 5th & the last Combined Ceremonial Rehearsal which was concluded earlier today. Contrary to the end of the ULP season, there was a drop in cadet attendance rate which is an issue of concern to the National Day Parade 2006 Red Cross Youth Marching Contingent Committee.

In a lighter note, the scheduled make up practice on 21 June 2006 has been cancelled due to good performance on the Contingents' part.

Consequently, the next rehearsal, the 1st Combined Rehearsal, will be held on 24 June 2006.

The Combined Rehearsals (CRs) will be where all the components of NDP 06 will be intergrated. The Pre-Parade Segments, Commando Free-Fall, Parade, Fly-Past, 21-Gun Salute, Aerial Displays etc. Therefore, the Combined Rehearsals will be lots of fun! The details of the 1st Combined Rehearsal is as follows:

Reporting Venue: Red Cross House, Haw Par Hall
Reporting Time to HQ: 0915 hours (have your breakfast before coming)
Estimated Dismissal time: 2130 hours latest
Reporting Attire: Full RCY uniform (wear your uniform to HQ)

Personal Logistics
- White gloves (wash your gloves & buy a new pair if yours is spoilt)
- WRCD water bottle

The National Day Parade Red Cross Youth Marching Contingent Committee wants to remind all Cadets that Attendance for Combined Rehearsals is compulsory.
